Currently riding a wave of popularity, pokè is a Hawaiian specialty that's caught on big in the healthy foodie scenes across the world. Think marinated raw seafood salad served with sushi rice, superfood veggies and plenty of tantalising Asian-inspired touches.

Give their signature Rub the Salmon a try, where you'll find fish marinated in with yuzu ponzo – a Japanese citrus sauce. It comes with sushi rice, edamames, kale, sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime to bring it all together. Or you can spice things up with the Prototype – here chilli flakes are sprinkled over raw yellowfin tuna steak, rice, chives and carrots, and it's all drizzled with soy sauce and sesame oil house sauce.
